Dr. Thea Riofrancos- New York Times Published!
Exciting news from the Political Science Department! One of our professors, Dr. Thea Riofrancos, recently published an article in the New York Times! Entitled “Biden Left Us With a ‘Prius Economy.’ It’s Time for Something Different,” Dr. Riofrancos critiques the economic policies of the Biden administration, arguing that his policy lacked any innovation or growth. She continues her critique, mentioning efforts towards environmental sustainability, underinvestment, and little focus on welfare, and finally ending her argument, hoping the U.S. pushes for larger changes in these realms.
